Amanda and Jamie’s July wedding day was rocking the hot pink colours, had hot (and unpredictable) weather, and thus a few cold ones to balance things out were in order. What I immediately noticed most about Amanda and Jamie was their easy-going nature with one another. Laughter is said to be a recipe for a happy and healthy life and if that’s the case, then these two are going do quite alright by each other’s side, along with their beautiful daughter.

When I began contemplating how to go about building the highlights, it only seemed fitting that the mothers got the first words. Their voices trembling with overwhelming joy really caught my attention. It seemed the perfect sort of ode recognizing and celebrating this monumental moment in their children’s lives. I find it’s always important with wedding videography to represent both the sentimental and light-hearted moments for my couples in order to provide an honest depiction of the mood of their wedding day. I’d like to think Amanda and Jamie’s wedding film strikes that balance.
