“This is the place you have longed for, now that you have come.”

This is essentially what the opening chant by the Hawaiian Reverend translates to. Maui is indeed a place of Aloha (Always Love Over Hate Always). This destination, with its rich and varying forms of landscapes provided such a romantic escape from the urban concrete jungles we’re all so used to, it was indeed an undeniably unique and rewarding experience. Of course, it helps when your couple is just as adventurous as you are and wants to get out and see the beauty that Maui has to offer! From the lush rainforests and waterfalls along the Road to Hana to the amazing hike that Pipiwai Trail afforded us, with Waimoku Falls greeting us at the end of the trail, it was a week I know won’t soon be forgotten!

This film is meant to encapsulate the love that Kris and Rosanne have for each other. We are microcosms within the grand scheme of things. There is a harmony to their love, like there is a harmony within nature. The beauty of their love is complimented by the beauty of the land around them. Having decided to take this next step in their relationship, what better place to get married than Maui?

Congratulations to Kris and Rosanne and the recent bundle of joy they just brought into this world, a healthy baby girl, Amelia!
